How does subscription billing work?

You pay the same flat amount each month. We visit on your chosen cadence (every 2 or 3 months). If pests show up between visits, we come back at no extra charge.

Can I switch between bi-monthly and quarterly later?

Yes. We can adjust your cadence anytime—pricing simply updates to the corresponding monthly rate on your next billing cycle.

What if I need help between scheduled visits?

Text or call us. Re-service is included. We'll return to address issues at no cost while your subscription is active.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. We ask that you complete at least one full service interval (first scheduled visit) so we can set up proper protection. Cancel anytime after that.

Do you treat inside and outside?

Yes—most services are exterior-first with interior service by request. That keeps protections active with less disruption.
